What to expect?
Once you've signed up, you will be added to our Community Whatsapp group. Every weekday at 6am (GMT) your daily affirmation and journalling prompt will arrive, then at 6:45am a Zoom link to our 7am session.
Feel free to join everyday for added accountability or whenever you need a reset.
Every Friday there will be a Weekend Challenge to keep the motivation flowing through Saturday and Sunday.
Inside the Member's Area on our website, you'll find a growing hub of resources, from Habit Trackers to a Morning Routine Cheat Sheet.
In the coming months, we'll also be adding a Monthly Goal Setting Workshop, Mindfulness Masterclasses and our own Productivity Book Club.
