Welcome to Morning Motivation Club (“MMC”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By subscribing, accessing, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Membership Tiers

MMC offers two membership tiers, billed monthly:

• MMC CLUB — includes guided morning routines and on-demand content.

• MMC Live — includes everything in MMC Club, plus live daily morning sessions and access to the MMC community.

Pricing for each tier is shown at checkout and may include a "Founding Member" rate available for a limited sign-up period, and a "Standard" rate thereafter. Founding Member pricing is locked for the duration of your continuous membership; if you cancel and later rejoin, current pricing at the time of rejoining will apply.

2. Free Trial

New memberships include a free trial period, the length of which is stated at checkout. Your trial begins on your access start date, and you will not be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial at no cost. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your membership will automatically continue and you will be billed at the price shown at checkout.

3. Billing and Payment

Membership fees are billed monthly in advance via Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. If a payment fails, Stripe will automatically attempt to retry the charge; you may receive automated payment reminder emails from Stripe as part of this process.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time, effective from the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to MMC for the remainder of the period you've already paid for. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

5. Changes to Pricing and Offering

We may update Standard pricing, features, or session schedules from time to time. Where reasonably possible, we will give existing members advance notice of any change that affects their tier. Members on Founding Member pricing will retain that rate for as long as their membership remains continuous, as set out in Section 1.

6. Referral Programme

Members may participate in our referral programme, where applicable, under the terms communicated separately at the time of referral (including reward eligibility and timing). We reserve the right to withhold or reverse referral rewards in cases of suspected abuse.

7. Communications

By joining MMC, you agree to receive communications relating to your membership, including onboarding information, schedule updates, and occasional emails about MMC. You may unsubscribe from non-essential marketing emails at any time; you will still receive essential service communications (such as billing or access notices) for as long as you remain a member.

8. Live Sessions and Community Conduct

Live sessions are delivered via video call. Members are expected to engage respectfully with instructors and other members. We reserve the right to restrict access for members who behave inappropriately toward others in live sessions or community spaces.

9. Intellectual Property

All content provided through MMC — including video, audio, written materials, and session content — is the property of MMC and is licensed to members for personal, non-commercial use only during their active membership. Content may not be recorded, redistributed, or shared outside of MMC without our written permission.

10. Health Disclaimer

MMC's content includes movement and wellness-related material. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Please consult a doctor before beginning any new exercise routine, particularly if you have any pre-existing health conditions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MMC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

12. Data and Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, how it's used, and your rights.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
